So like I have said plenty of times before, I am all about discounts and saving money. No matter how much money I have in my bank account, I will always bargain shop because … 🤷🏽♀️why not? I drove by this cute little shopping center the other day and had to stop because it had a Nordstrom Rack, HomeGoods and Marshalls all next to one another. Of course, I had to do some retail therapy and I did a mini shopping haul. Before I talk about the things I bought, I just want to share my love for discount stores. For those of you who do not know what discount stores are, they are just that, merchandise (usually name brand), that is sold at a cheaper price at a store. If you love discount stores just as much as I do, comment below and tell me your favorite store (i’m always looking for new ones).
M of WG Candles – These candles are handcrafted in California. I am obsessed with the Bronze and Rose Gold jars! They also smell very good, sort of like a sweet scent. One is Spiced Bourbon & Vanilla and the other is Brushed Suede & Rose. Did I forget to mention they are made with Coconut Wax!? I am very strict about the candles I burn and I usually try to stick with soy, because it’s better for the air and no one want to breath in Paraffin wax, but this candle is a good alternative. I love the ambiance of candles, I usually write and read at night in bed, and I hate the harsh florescent light I have in my room, so a candle with my lamp is usually the move. Also, if you live with bae … you should always keep a candle … close and handy.
Fenty X Puma Jelly Slides – Who isn’t obsessed with anything Riri? Nordstrom Rack is my go-to place for all shoes name brand at a great price. One thing about discount stores is that they’re always a season behind with their stuff and it is currently fall, so I would usually wear shoes like this in the summer (well I live in Texas, so summer is really all year lol). These were originally $89.95 and I paid $34.67, which was more than half off! This is what I live for😜. These give me a 90’s/2000’s feel, you know when we were kids and loved our jelly shoes that made out feet sweat😂, but paired with a gold anklet, toe ring and a fresh pedicure, these are fire.
Rose Gold Hangers – I have been on the HUNT for these hangers! I am in the process of organizing my small size closet and these hangers are ‘hugable’, so when you hang your clothes up, they give you so much more room. The rose-gold detail really made me obsessed. I bought a pack of 30, but someone couldn’t count and added an extra, so I have 31 hangers. These were originally $20.00, but I paid $15.00. I’m going to be honest and say, I don’t really think this is a deal, but I couldn’t seem to find them anywhere else cheaper, so it is what it is.
I will began posting all of my ‘spur-of-the-moment’ mini shopping hauls, so check back to see if I have posted any of the cute things I have bought for low prices … because I am the discount diva🤑.
