Vibrate High & Prosper

I’ve spent years trying to change my mindset and perception of how the world worked, because the old way just wasn’t working for me. A couple of life events, positive and negative, have somehow lead me to almost everything I needed to know spiritually and I feel better. No two souls, energies or vibes are the exact same, maybe similar, but not the same. Basically, we all walk around with unique energies that vibrate outward and if you’re familiar with karma, you know that what you put out comes back to you. So, if you want to live a genuine good life (not faking it for your peers) you have to start with high vibrations for better results. It is also important to know that once you start vibrating higher you might walk away or distance yourself from a lot of people, places or things, that you didn’t realize before, weren’t serving you. For example, most of us know a couple of people that have a “bad energy” about them and it doesn’t matter how much money they have, how they look or who they know. Every time you get around them something just feels off and that is because they are vibrating at a low level, or this could be you☕. That is the exact energy you should avoid being around, because it starts to take a toll on you and no one has time for the bad energies or negative vibes from other trolls rubbing off on them. When you eventually get to that place of high vibrations everything will feel like it’s falling into place and every single thing you’re seeking … will find you. You just have to be committed to the journey.

Now it can be very hard to re-train your mind, because most of us have been taught a certain way to do and see things, but if you want change in your life, this just may be your calling. I have listed the things that have helped me vibrate higher so far:

  • Drink Water Like Never Before 💧 Eating Somewhat Like A Vegan🥑🍅 – Refreshing the body and cleaning out all the toxins is important. It’s no secret that when you eat healthy you feel good about yourself. It can be hard because fries and chips are so good, but if this is what you really, want it shouldn’t be a problem.
  • 🗣Positive Thoughts ONLY! & Affirmations Everyday – I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “speak it into existence” that actually does work. After awhile, you start to believe the positive things and you eventually start to live it. Go for your goals head first.
  • 🙏🏽Pray/Meditate All Day Everyday – The feeling you get after talking to God is unbeatable, so be vulnerable and let it all out, worries, fears, hopes and dreams.
  • Go On A Media Fast 💻📵 – I understand i’m reaching here, but try one day at least. Media influences/brainwashes us a lot, when we go without it, we can think for ourselves a bit and chill on all the negativity/drama going on in the world.
  • Listen To Relaxing Music 🎶 – Turn on a little Jhene Aiko, Frank Ocean, H.E.R or Daniel Caesar. They will make you think about your life and your purpose, also maybe an ex-boo or two.
  • Be a Decent Human Being 🤷🏽‍♀️ – It’s free to be decent, don’t be out here using, taking advantage of, hurting or plotting on people etc. Have joy, peace and happiness in your life, let the haters suffer.
When you are faithful and consistent with the things above (you HAVE to want it), you will notice a change in your life and mindset, you will be ready to receive all of the blessings and abundance you deserve.
